My mother just received a slew pf unsolicited text messages from a person at this number. They initiated the stream and because the first message stated "I love you" she thought it was someone in the family.  She responded to the text as she would have normally done and then proceeded to receive multiple harassing text messages throughout the remainder of the day for approximately three hours.  This number and the harassment as such has been reported to the police.  The person stated that their name was Klare and that they were 4 months pregnant.  When asked to stop the prankster continually stated "make me stop texting you" and ""U can't make me stop".  The number was called and belongs to a full mailbox of a person named "Manuel".
