Using false iden***y, harassment and threats to students attending and alumni's just to get money for student loans. Their automatic payment system does not work at all, bank America allowing iden***y theft of student accounts

Been getting calls from this number as well. Though I have never attended University of P***nix the guy on the phone says "sorry I mean Ashford University". I did attend Ashford for several cl*****, before I realized the school was not worth what I was paying for it. I do have a student loan that is in good standing and never a late payment. He asked me to verify my date of birth and I declined. He stated if I give you the year you were born can you supply the month and day. He did have the correct year but I still wouldn't give him anything. He stated since I was not cooperating he was disconnecting the call. I don't know who sold my information to this company and I am very upset that a school who has our personal information is selling it to a third party company. Now they have access to our personal information without our permission. I feel that is violation of privacy. Since I am in good standing with my student loan I am no longer going to take calls from this number, but it bothers me that they have my personal information and god only knows who all has access to it. Hmmmmmm

University of P***nix scammers they *****ed me big time. I aced a class took the final the next day I'm booted out of class! Auto failed me and I had to pay them 3k.

university of P***nix lost my business when they put me in collections for a three thousand dollar bill that was their mistake not mine

Univ of p***nix caller trying to offer altternative "cheaper" payment plans for paying off a current student loan. Not a collection agency as previously suggested.

The call is from a collection agency dealing in student loans that have gone into default. This is why they need to verify the last 4 of your social. So, if anyone else get this call it seems legit.

No idea who this is.  Caller ID said Cincinnati, OH
