I have received calls from this number with them claiming to be so****ing that sounded like Starion Energy calling to offer me lower gas and electric rates than Duke Energy which I do not have.

IRS SCAM! They're threatening a lawsuit and going to "arrest me". Total ********. The IRS will never call you they'll mail you a certified letter. Do not pay these ****s a dime and do not, I repeat, do not give them your personal information.
