Called five times today. Never once left a message. Who da fuh?

It is awkward. 6 time phone call from this number every day, people tell me advice what I have to do?

This caller keeps calling and not talking at all whats this????

Check w/ your phone company... I was able to block this number (calls numerous times/day beginning at 8AM. *** COMMUNICATIONS offers this service for my set up. VERIZON also has a block for computer generated calls, well worth the extra fee! You may want to see if elderly family members have similar problems and help them block calls, too. SELECTIVE CALL REJECTION How Selective Call Rejection works: You can program your phone to reject calls from any number you place in the rejection list. When your service is turned on,"" any caller in this list will hear an announcement that you're not accepting calls at this time. All other calls will ring through as usual. How to use Selective Call rejection: Li­ft the handset and listen for the dial tone. Press *60 (on a rotary phone, dial 1160). Outrageous, huh? I get half a dozen calls each day, sometimes with no response at all when answered, they left messages at first about the ""important business matter"". Now they just **** up. Never have I had ANY card or account with Macy's/Bon/B­loomingdales or any of the Federated stores or its****ociate companies. Done the online research and I dunno exactly ya'll, but so****in definitely aint right. (variety of numbers over the last 2 months). I sure wont shop there. If its them, they should be held accountable- if its not, their legal team should have shut it down long ago. Make your complaints people; then vote with your dollars, take it somewhere else.

Constant calling way beyond the collection rules for California if it's a collector.. Calling up to a dozen times a day. Some websites says it's Macys buty I have not been contacted by mail nor has anyone evey left a message...

Called here multiple times until my wife called this number back.  After asking them not to call a***n they asked for the macy's credit card number so they got the big **** up.

Calls me 3-4 times the last 2 days...Its driving me nuts ..Never answer though..I do not have ANY affliations with Macys so there is no reason why they should be calling me...nor do I give out my cell number(which is on the do not call registry)

This number has called at least 4 times on this day up until we were already in bed. Called the number back and found out from the Indian speaking man that he was calling for Macy/Bloomingdale's. Told him that we have never held an account with them and he wanted to know if a person with last name of Johnson lived there. Of course not. We built this home over 20 years ago and out name is not Johnson. If this is a scam (which I am sure it is), I would hope that w***ver is in on this is BIG trouble.

This number calls all the time.  I haven't had a Macy's charge account in 10+ years and it was paid in full before I closed it. I will never shop at Macy's because of these calls.

This number has been calling my personal cell phone about 6 times a day.  My cell would only ring with 2 rings then **** up.  When I would call back a message would say please hold so I would **** up.  I found out it was Macy's department store.  I am late on my bill and man they will bug the **** out of you if you don't pay up.  This is not a scammer, it's Macy's attempting to collect debt from your charge account.

I've gotten calls from this number before but today alone I've had 5 missed calls from the number. I tried to call the number back and was told to "please stand by for next available operator". I ***g up and didn't call back. I've heard about scammers who ask you to verify your name/address and can use that so don't give them any information if they ask.

They have been calling my cell phone 2-3 times a day for the past 5 days. When I attempt to pick up the call, it just the call disconnects. I called the number back and a man with a very heavy accent (sounded like an Indian accent) answered. When I told him what was happening and told him to put me on the Do Not Call List, he asked me if I had an account with Macy's or Bloomingdales. I told him possibly, and then he demanded my account number. I refused to give him this information, so he asked me for the number I was being called on. I told him that, and then he perceeded to demand to know if I had a Macy's or Bloomindale card and what the account number is - I don't know how this could be anything but some sort of scam.

You know, I got two calls from that number today but no voicemail left.  I've read some of these posts about maybe its Macy's and I think it is. Last month, I completely forgot I had a Macy's balance and missed my payment.  Maybe they are calling to follow up, or it could just be a coincidence.  I'll answer if they call a***n and post the results.

This number called me, on my cell, four times today.  Numerous calls from this number and a similar number: 513-573-8739.  I, like many others, do not answer numbers that I do not know and I haven't called either number back.  I have had one text and one voice message (that was not complete) from the 513-573 number as well as numerous calls, and after reading the comments left, I believe it is the same company/people/scammers.  I wish that someone would get to the bottom of this and stop w***ver it is that is calling.  My cell is also on the do not call list.  I do not give out my cell to anyone that I do not know and so maybe these people have taken numbers from the do not call list and are calling anyway.

I made the mistake of giving them my address,****uming they were really Macy's Credit Service (ha), so hopefully nothing will come of that. They were very polite, however, and the woman advised me to simply inform them the next time they called that they had the wrong number and request that they take me off the list. Now that I've read all these posts I feel like shoving my phone up someone's a**, or c****ing my address, but I guess I'm just going to have to hope they're not going to pursue me anymore.S**t s**t s**t.

They got me too, calling 2-3 times a day. I never picked up the phone but am angry about it.

This number calls my home phone, won't leave a message and sometimescalls to say: MY 'call is important to them and please stand by' ???Once my ***her answered, they asked for me, by name and when he askedwhat it was pertaining too, they ***g up!I answered a caller id number that said Mason, Ohio (I know no one there)said*****o once (that's all they get) and then let them listento Rush Limbaugh on the radio for awhile!Clearly the 'do not call' lists don't mean a **** thing!

I just had a 2 hour battle with the people from this number --- and do intend to file a complaint with the FCC tomorrow.  This number has been calling me 15+ times a day for months now looking to speak with my ***her who passed away Dec 2.  When I tell them he has passed away they say "Ok We will call back" and **** up.  HELLO PEOPLE!!! Did they think he was coming back?!  Turns out this number (and another one from Jackson CA) are both connected to a company called TriRx OR TriVantage Heathcare.  they are an online Pharmacy. if you would like to contact them there Customer Service number is 888-461-7253 and the website is www.TRIRX.com.  I spoke with an Erin and a Steve who were both Very nice.  But I only got them AFTER I spoke with their boss "JOHN" who was so unbelievably Rude I can not believe it.  And When I tried to explain myself he s****ed to scream (Yes Scream) at me.  And When I said "Excuse me.... I am a manager myself and I would NEVER talk to a customer like this"  and he replied "I don't give a F--K what you are" and ***g up on me!  Amazing Customer Service huh?!  I must say Erin and Steve were both helpful... informative and Pleasant... But John ... thier SUPERVISOR.... has truly left me stunned.  I would advise all of you  who are getting calls from this place to contact them --- and if the calls continue file a complaint with the FCC.

Received the same automated call that others are reporting on a line at work.After looking at this site, I called the number back. After a few iterations of "this call may be recorded for quality****urance purposes", an operator answered it with "Macy's" and indicated this was regarding an overdue Macy's or Bloomingdale's account.I have no Macy's accou

Got an automated call from 513-754-9822, asking to stady by their operators were busy but they had an important matter to discuss.  ***g up on it, then googled it to find it's a scammer claiming to be from Macy's regarding past-due credit card balances.  I don't have a Macy's card, or any other retail credit card.  So, total scammer. Please note this call was to my CELL phone, which is ALSO registered on the Do Not Call list.

It's Macy's calling on late payments -- some times 2 times a day -- and even though you may only be $5 behind on your payments...Little do they know that Circuit City used this tactic for several years...before they began going out of business. Is Macy's that desperate?

Caller ID says: Mason, Ohio;  513-754-9822. Left no message; 1:50PM on a Sa****ay. On Sunday at the same time, another number called, from Mason, Ohio; a Miss Lewis refused to tell me what she wanted because I refused to state my full name, say "Yes", given my SSN slowly and clearly and say "Yes, I authorize This.. Call".

I keep having to delete messages and reset voice message notices just for these idiots! My carrier will not block the incoming phone number!!!

We have had a few calls by this number and tell them to f^(# off! They have ***g up, had a ma****e call, and no one answered,it is a personal business matter, and they have also said they are Macy's calling and want a payment.  Be careful!

I have got a call SEVERAL times a day from this number steady Mon-Fri every day for the past 2 weeks. It's really annoying. I did answer once and I got the whole story saying they had a very important business matter they needed to talk to me about, but would not say who they were. I do have a Macy's account but I just got a statement a few days ago and there was NOTHING overdue or wrong with it, so the fact they s****ed calling last week makes it look VERY su****ious. Definitely a scam.

This number keeps calling my cell phone.  No voice mail left?  I do have a Macy card but I'm not behind or anything?  Is this a scam? I never answer calls with no ID or no message left!  Why waste my minutes!

Received two calls so far.  One on Sunday, no message left.  A***n today with a computer like voice message asking me to please contact Mr. Thomas regarding important business matter but they did not say what company they were from.  I do have a macy's account and did just receive a new card in the mail (maybe making sure I got it or I need to register it?) but I'd think they'd at least say they were from Macys.  Very odd.  After all the message, I'm just going to continue to ignore the call.  If it sounds su****ious, it must be.

Just received a call from this number on my home phone. I****umed it was a collection call so I answered to inform w***ver it was that I "no longer lived here". When I answered, a message came on saying that they were calling regarding an important matter and to hold in order to speak to a representative. A young woman answered and asked for me. I said, "She no longer lives here. What is this regarding?" It sounded like she got a little nervous because she quickly said, "An important business matter. Thank you." and ***g up.I checked with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) but found no listing, so I Google'd it and found sites such as this one with tons of similar stories. I do have a Macy*s account, but my payment isn't due until later this month. After reading numerous experiences, I'm pretty sure this is a scam.

I get a call from this number 7 days a week. This has been going on for about 6 weeks.  Does it ever end?

Also received a call from this number, but was told the office is currently closed and listed the hours.  Must be an east coast company?  Don't know, but don't want them calling me!

Why is it that a lot of people whom have a Macys account get this type of call? I have a Macys account and was late in making my payment on time. However, I did pay it well before 30 days. How would these people know I have a Macys account?

I got a call and it was a **** up. My mom got the same # a few weeks backand they said they were macy's and wanted a payment over the phone. Mom said NO, there was a store down the street. And the guy on the other end s****ed to argue with her that she could do it right now and quickly, she ***g up.

Is there a way to get them to stop calling?  They keep calling my number.....

I've been getting 1-2 calls from this number every day for the past week.  I don't answer because I don't recognize their number on my caller ID.  Their MO seems to be that they call and get an answering ma****e and **** up.  They immediately call back and leave a message.  They say the message is for me (and they have my name).  "This is Miss Cannon.  Please call me today at 1-800-545-1256".  They don't leave a company name and don't say what it regards.

It's Macy's telling you need to make a payment. It's a scam. They're trying to get your card number. Don't bother answering.

I came home to part of the automated message about waiting for someone to pick up... and someone picked up, but they were talking to my answering ma****e when they said, "Hello?  Helloooo?".  The ma****e ***g up on them.

Received a call from this number.  When I answered it, there was a recorded message, "Hello, we have an important call for you but all our representatives are currently busy.  Please stay on the line and someone will be right with you."Yeah right...like I'm actually going to wait!  :-)
