It's only 1:15 in the afternoon and I have got 3 calls from them already

Macy's card payment. They will not stop till I make a payment

I have been getting calls from this number several times a day for 4 days now and they never leave a message. I never answer unknown numbers but I'm upset at the thought that they are affiliated with Macy's. My account is paid in full and has been for awhile so I'm not sure why they are even calling me or how they got my number. Guess I will be calling Macy's to get some answers!

This number has been calling multiple times a day s****ing 8:00am until 10:30pm. It shows up on caller ID as UNAVAILABLE. I don't answer unidentified callers or I would be on the phone all the time and get nothing done. Too many SPAMMERS, Charities, marketers etc wanting your money. I figure if it is important, they will leave a message. Just wish it would stop.

I get 5 calls a day from this number, they never leave a message. This makes me want to never shop at Macy's ever a***n.

Same ******** as everyone else. The number keeps calling but no one is there.

Ive gotten 7 calls within 5 hours. Finally answered and yelled at the lady on the other end. Totally a call center trying to sell so****ing.

They must be getting their call numbers from Macy's.  Macy's probably sold account holder names/numbers to these bozo's, or they are part of some banking subsidiary of Macy's.I called Macy's credit and gave them the riot act.  I also emailed and snail mailed a letter to the CEO's office of Macy's.  If everyone took a few minutes to do this, these idiots would stop this garbage and stop selling your "private" information.

I think it would help if EVERYONE reports this scam to Macy's - they need to know about it.  These people have been calling me every day now for about a week. 513-754-9863 is the number that comes up on my Caller I.D., but the number they want you to call back is 1-800-947-6229. I'd like to know how they got my number as it's unlisted and on the Do Not Call list.

I get repreated calls from this number - 9 since May 23 accordinf to my cell phone history.  They never leave a message.  The internet blogs from people all over the US report similar issues.

I have had  9 calls from them since 5/23/2010....thanks for all the postings about this number.  Very annoying. I nver return calls where no message is left.  I figure .must not be that important!

Very irritating! The number called SEVERAL times a day like a ***** addict and never left a message. I finally answered and said they were affiliated with Macy's, they were not a telemarketer and needed to speak to me about my account. I kept asking questions and the man on the line TRIED to raise his voice with me. I told him I don't even shop at Macy's and told him not to call anymore.

I also get the same call from (513) 754-9863. I answer the phone and no one ever responds, but they keep calling in California. It's irritating as all get out.

Called today saying its for personal matter and asked to leave a message gave me this number 800 9476229 to call back. Keeps saying its a personal business matter. Stating her name to be Rose.

I received twelve calls so far today, no messages left.  SCAM.

I get multiple calls a day from this number, Same story as everyone else.

Called 5 times today. Didn't leave any msg. Finally I picked up the phone and the person identified as some "sister bank" affliated to Macy's. S****ed saying that nothing will be reported to credit collection if you pay the amount due which is not even late. Sounded very suspious and told him that we will file a compalint with Macy's Don't pay. It's a scam.

calls several times a day. No response when answered. I called the number and got a message saying conversation may be recorded but nothing further. No other response. I also got what seemed to be a legitimate call from Mason Ohio from Macy's  to remind me of an overdue account amount. They also call several times a day, even after a discussion and commitment to pay the $5 due. (I will be canceling this account soon because of this silly harrassment).

Got several calls from this number on May 12 stating they are Macys and my Macy's account was delinquent.I just called Macy's customer service, 513-754-9863 is a scam number.
