We have been receiving strange calls from this number at odd hours of the day and night.  No message is ever left.  We tracked down the number and it belongs to an organization which calls itself "sales' partnerships."  They appear to be based near the West Chester area  --  West Chester, OH 4506.  We figure it is some type of telemarketing call, since no one ever leaves a message.
