They call me about my lowes account. They agreed to a settlement, but refuse to fax a settlement letter that they agreed to send so I could mail them a check. They keep insisting on phone payment. When they called the other day, i told them I would be recording our conversations from now on, they hung up and haven't called since.

I received 2 calls from them on my cell. One missed call and one they let the voice mail pick up, but said nothing. I called them back twice. Both of the people were very rude and wouldn't tell me anything about the company except it was Genpax(sp?). They said they did not have a record of my cell phone and wanted my home phone number which I would not give them. They both refused to talk to me without that information and hung up.

I get the same calls on my house phone.  If I answer no one says anything.  It appears to be an auto-dialer system.  Says the call is from Cincinnati, OH.Caller ID: Cinncinati OH 1 513-878-4885Caller: ?

I'm getting calls to my home and cellphones from 513-878-4885. I asnswer the phone and no response. I can tell someone is on the other side. Does anyone know who this might be so that we can report them to the Attorney General's Office in their state(Ohio)and demand a cease and desist from who ever is making these nuisance phonre calls.

GE money bank collections folks calling. Never leave a message, calls multiple times daily. Blocked the number from calling. End of calls.

Calls come 7 days a week at all hours.  If you answer, you are greeted by a machine which promply hangs up.  If it goes to voice mail, no message is left.  I returned a call to 513-878-4885 and connected to a young man who would not give name, name of his company or the purpose of the call.  When I asked why they continually call me, he replied with a heavy accent, "you called me".  I asked for the supervisor who would not divulge any information about the nature of the company or the calls.  He asked for my phone number which I shared with him quite loudly.  He then asked for me to hold the line;  I told him that he took enough of my time and just to remove my phone number from their harrasment machine!

07-02-09 This company goes by several names & say they work for several other retail companies, as a collection company. They are DBA: 'GenPak Services' & refer to themselves as GE Money Bank, and when I've attempted to figure out who they are...sometimes, the recorded msg says,'Dillards','Mervyn's','Lowe's', 'Gap', etc.,etc.(and after reading the other msgs,apparently,there are a few more other names this supposed company uses); Anyway, I only had a Mervyn's card that i paid on time every month, until they closed & one month before they closed, they no longer accepted payments in the store. Subsequently, when i tried to contact Mervyn's regarding future payments during their phase-out/transition to close, they couldn't find my account. They sent my bill to the wrong address & I tried to correct it several times,but they couldnt get it corrected--most call centers are located overseas & the representatives haven't been able to remedy the problems until--hopefully, today. However, months later & after, i'm sure they have reported it to this collection agency, as well as the Credit Bureaus and ruined my credit! They also seem to have increased my interest rate to 25.99%!! When i tried to reach them to ask them to wk with me & lower the rate,etc., they gave me the run around by giving several different 800#'s, that didnt seem to be valid and/or only have automated VM msgs instructing me to use TDY or TTY?! One representative couldnt understand English that well...and i had to repeat myself 4(Four) times=his name:Max Smith; another one actually yelled at me, when i asked her--once--to repeat the spelling of her name because of her heavy accent and unusual spelling=her name: Syerreh? (not quite a common name or common spelling nor did she provided anything remotely close to what i'd call good or even marginal customer service! She also kept asking me for my SSN#/phone#,but i wouldnt give it to her because if they are legitimate--wouldnt they have your information--also, it's not wise to give out your...SSN#! Another-Alex Mercin-also only seemed to know how to refer me to another 800#. When I asked most of them where they were located, they said India. Also, the 800#'s are different from the numbers listed on the actual bill i was finally able to obtain! They STRONGLY encourage electronically debiting payments. Oddly, the payment stubs go to a GE Money Bank POBox in Orlando, FL,but there's a note on the back of the statement that says,'You may choose not to have your payment collected electronically by sending your payment(with the payment stub),in your own envelope-not the enclosed window envelope- addressed to:P.O.Box 530993, Atlanta, GA 3353-0993 and not the payment address.' And if you have an inquiry, it goes to El Paso, TX! They also added charges for 'loss of job' coverage,but if you try to use it, they send you a package where you have to disclose your complete medical information...practically, give up your first born to qualify...=bogus 'insurance'! This whole business doesnt seem legitimate/very well managed to me and recommend further investigation--another company bilking the average person out of their hard earned money AND giving people the run around when they are trying desparately to do the right thing and just pay the bill!

They are gen pack and a bill collector for ge mnoney bank. I called them and told them to take me off there calling list.

i have this number call me 2   and they also call from another number that when they leave a message frome the chevron texico  they call so much its harassment

This number calls on my cell phone several times a day! They go to my voice mail but leave no message. When I track the number it says Cincinnati Oh, but you have to pay for further information which I do not want to pay! It started on 4/3 with 7 blank phone messages.  Not sure what is up with this number, but it is rather odd, as I never get calls like this!  Can anyone respond to what this number is about??Pam

They call several times a day, no caller ID other than private, no message ever left. I call back and get extension 99 mailbox, usually full. No one ever answers, and I cannot identify with Google.
