Kristin Credit One Bank is what they answer with.. a friend was getting this call so i thought i would call it for giggles factor.. Woman whom answered was rude and pushy asking if i had business with them.. i sid no i dialed the wrong number.. then i asked her for the number to verify . She got pushy and stated if you dont have business with us i will release the line.. she ***g up on me.. classy folks..

They call me at least 3 times a day. When they do leave a message I cannot understand a word they say. If they would tell me who they are calling from and spoke English I might answer.

CELESTE ROJAS have recieving calls from "Jennifer Lawrence since last Wednesday @ my job telling me she was with a law firm Chambers and mclane and I owed 1400 and then she went to 850 and then 100 a month for a year which would add up to 1200 and if I didn't pay I would be facing court fines and up to 90 days in jail and I was just freaking out she caught me unaware. so****ing about a bad check to a loan company back in April 2008. I had gone through this before @ my previous job however what got me was that she knew alot about me and somehow track me to my present job. She was very relentless . Yes****ay was the cherry on the cake, she called my job I answered and I said she (me) wasn't in and she said funny everytime I call she's(me) not in I 'll call the authorities to see if she's (me) in. I immediately went to the HR director and he advised me it was a scam and to ignore them. So this morning I come into work and listen to message from a "Jarrod Miles" and he says he's a state processor and if I don't contact 513-878-1099 within 48 hrs I am going to be served a summons for court . I am sooooo tired of these people its a disruption in my life. I don't know what do.

I have been getting the same calls both on my landline and my cell. I'm listed on the National Do Not Call Directory also. There are 3 different numbers they use, all with the 513 area code in OH.

This lady called and said she was collecting donations for the susan g komen ****** cancer fund.She wanted me to sign up for 5 dollar monthly donations but I said no. She said they had sent me so****ing twice which I never received, this is a scam.She got me for 15 dollars!

Natasha This Company is Gen Paact. I asked them to spell it. I just called them back after they called my house yes****ay morning at 7:14 AND 7:43 and 8:53 as well as many more times yes****ay. According to the FCC and the FTC it is illegal for a debt collector to call someone before 8:00 a.m. and after 9:00 p.m. I spoke with Alex Swinson(?) who had a strong accent. I asked him what his company was and what they did. He tried to distract me by asking my name, my spouse's name and then by READING company policy to me. I tried repeatedly to cut him off since he kept saying "the reason for this call" as though he was calling me and not me calling them. Finally he said his company or "part" of his company worked for Chevron/Texaco­. How many other parts are there? Then he tried to intimidate me by telling me this call was being monitored. Excellent!! I told him I was going to report him and his company to the FCC, FTC, the FBI (don't know if the FBI will do anything but it can't hurt to try) as well as to my state legislators. I ALSO told him NOT to call us a***n.

They call me about my lowes account. They agreed to a settlement, but refuse to fax a settlement letter that they agreed to send so I could mail them a check. They keep insisting on phone payment. When they called the other day, i told them I would be recording our conversations from now on, they ***g up and haven't called since.
