This Company is Gen Paact. I asked them to spell it. I just called them back after they called my house yes****ay morning at 7:14 AND 7:43 and 8:53 as well as many more times yes****ay. According to the FCC and the FTC it is illegal for a debt collector to call someone before 8:00 a.m. and after 9:00 p.m. I spoke with Alex Swinson(?) who had a strong accent. I asked him what his company was and what they did. He tried to distract me by asking my name, my spouse's name and then by READING company policy to me. I tried repeatedly to cut him off since he kept saying "the reason for this call" as though he was calling me and not me calling them. Finally he said his company or "part" of his company worked for Chevron/Texaco­. How many other parts are there? Then he tried to intimidate me by telling me this call was being monitored. Excellent!! I told him I was going to report him and his company to the FCC, FTC, the FBI (don't know if the FBI will do anything but it can't hurt to try) as well as to my state legislators. I ALSO told him NOT to call us a***n.

poorboy....*****er is only partial right,,people lost there jobs because of the banks *****ing up the economy and i do believe chase is one of those banks...people pay your rent,food and utilities first,,make sure you have a few dollars in your pocket for the month,then if you have enough to make a small payment,,then do it..now remember you control what you can pay even if its 20.00 a month and if chase says not enough then you say well call me back when you can accept 20.00 a month,,DO NOT PUT YOURSELF INTO A POSITION THAT YOU CANT HANDLE...YOU AND FAMILY FIRST...BANKS AND ****** COLLECTORS SECOND..

*****er is right, pay your bills.  If you can't, call them and they will work with you. Tjis way you won't receive the harassing calls.

Well honestly thats the lawyers job to tell them to stay away from communicating with you.If the paperwork hasnt been filed or letters have not been sent then they will keep calling you. They know what they are doing

I have told Chase that due to my being unemployed that I am filing bankruptcy and gave them the attorneys name and number.  I also asked that all further communication be with my attorney and not to contact me.  Do you think they respect that request?  And that is in violation of FCCPA.  I don't think they care!

I recieve 7 calls a day 7 days a week from this number. when do calls become harrasment and is there someone that is filing suits a***nst them?

These F'IN people call my house s****ing at 8:01 AM til 8:59 PM. I answered the phone, they asked for my husband and I told them he wouldn't be home til after 9PM. I thought they were only supposed to be able to call once if they talked to someone. Well....they called 4 more F'in times!! I told them on the 3rd time that if they called one more time that I was going to sue their *** for harassment! I REALLY need to know who to contact to report these idiots.

I just bought a pay as you go cell phone for one of my developmentally disabled adults so that he can check in when he is away from the house.  This number was****igned to him.  He doesn't realize that if he answers the phone that it uses his minutes.  This phone number calls his phone repeatedly and uses up his minutes. He has no outstanding bills...just a place who needs to update their records and stop costing my client his minutes!  So, your judgement about "pay your bills and they won't call" shows your ignorance!  Nice****umption by the way though.  It is sad that it is so easy for some people to****ume the worst.  I hope your at***ude gets better and your judgement level decreases!

The object is not paying my bills *****er is how I love getting back at collectors I won a cases on collections were a collector can only call you between 8am and 9pm after those hours you can file a lawsuit which they have to pay you regardless of $500.00 per call you need to contact the FCC this case you win it whether you owe them or not my way of not paying bills what for when you can live off lawsuits

But when you have not enough money fro food, a roof over your head, and credit card payments so****ing has to give. Should I have my kids live in a car and feed them shelter food? Received call from this # and they said it was Genpact?  Male w/Indian accent was speaking.  Looked Genpact up on the internet and it's some kind of marketing business based in India.

I receive up to 15 calls per day from this number, they phone 7 days a week. Sometimes a return call within minutes of the previous one. They never leave a message. Caller ID says: Private Name.

leave no message but call everyday and at 8:00 in the morning don't like that

Keeping getting this call from this number, say Private Number.  They leave no message..Anyone have any idea who this is??
