They are:    Time Warner Axs Of Greater Cincinnati.  Never had Time Warner, so I have no idea why their calling.  Just got the one phone call.  Will definitely answer the phone when they call a***n so I can give them a piece of my mind!

I have received multiple calls from this number also.  Three times yes****ay and three today.  Like everyone else, when I tried to call the number back, all that I get is constant elevator music.

Repeated calls from this number! When you call back it picks up and plays elevator music continuously!

they called me from 513-878-4923 this morning at 8:08 and a***n at 8:28. I didn't answer and they left no message. When I called the number back all I got was on hold music.

This number calls constantly back to back.  Then it is immediately followed by an unknown number.  When I answer there is no response.  When I call back it either disconnects or goes straight to music that is never picked up.  I get the same calls from 513-830-0898.  I am****uming it the same people because of the area code. They do not leave a message so I cannot deal with the issue if there is in fact an issue to be dealt with.  Please stop calling if you cannot call responsibly.  This is extremely annoying.

They just called me too!  No answer when I pick up.  When I redial, it goes directly to on hold music indefinitely.
