Leave a Comment513-878-4926 PRIVATE CALLER is what is on caller ID. I checked my answering ma****e and it's a silent caller. No message or anyting - well here is some help if you all want to use it http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm i've already filed a report as a stalker call
They call several times a day, SEVEN days a week!Caller ID says "GENPACT"I don't know who that is, so I don't answer. All I get are messages that sound like foreigners saying "Helloooooo?*****ooooooooo? Are you dere??"Leave a proper message and explain the nature of the call!
This number is calling you because you owe someone money. I know because that is why they were calling me. They will call you repeatedly and never leave a message, which is very annoying, but if you actually answer the phone or call them back it might not be a bad thing. I know because I did.The harassing phone calls got so annoying that I called the number back ready to rip into someone. I was very angry and rude to the person on the other line (whose accent made it almost impossible to understand) until he said I had been offered a settlement. Because of a 25.99% interest rate on my Mervyns card I know owed $400 instead of the original $150. But they, Genpak, the name of the company, offered me a chance to pay the $150 in 30 days. The man on the phone had me give him my address, phone number and social. Then my visa information to make an initial payment of $29. He gave me a conformation number. I ***g up the phone and prayed I had not been scammed. Then I called back 30 days later to make the last payment. The person took my information and said they would call back. They never did. So I looked up the number online. This website and a few more like it popped up. I apparently had been scanned. So, I called the number on my last bill from Ge, 866-549-5967. I, apparently, had been offered a settlement and my last payment of $29 dollars had been received. I made the final payment. I posted this because all of the posts on this and other websites made the number seem like a scan. I'm personally glad I called the number back. I'm not saying just give all your personal information to this, or any other, number when it calls. But hear them out and get conformation from a second source, namely your creditor. To me $150 is a lot better than $400. Seriously, don't just bury your head in the sand. Answer the phone.
