I dont know who these people are but they call my cell phone several times a day and they do not leave a message (I dont answer if I dont know who is calling). I decided to call back and found that they are****ociated with an account that my parents have. Why are they calling me? I have nothing to do with them or with my parents affairs. I just upgraded my cell phone account and got a new number, but somehow they acquired my number.

solicitors can call until 9 pm in the time zone that phones area code is registered to so for example some one with a califoria area code living in new york will be called until 11.  this was how it worked when i worked for pnc's collection department.

Both a friend and I in Portland, OR are receiving calls from this # multiple times a day.  We JUST blocked a number from Utah area code (801) that was behaving in a similar manner.

This collection agency has called my house as many as 4 times a day. They never speak to my voice mail. I am listed on the National Do Not Call Registry. One day I got mad and called the number. Man who answered the phone sounded like someone from India. I told him I am on the DO NOT CALL list. He asked me if I had a PayPal account. I told him if I did have that credit card account, it was my business and my bankruptcy lawyer will deal with it. The point of this call is STOP CALLING ME and acting like children by not speaking.

Calls twice every 20 minutes on my cell.  If I don't answer during the day (because i'm working!) does not leave a message.  If I answer no one says anything and they **** up.  Enough is enough.  If I call back goes to a recording and I wait and wait.  Isn't this harrassment?  If someone would answer I could find out what they want.  There is no name on the caller ID.

They call 4-6 times a day

It's another collection arm of GE Money Bank, which also uses Convergys, Allied Interstate,****et Acceptance and Encore Receivable. I have sent certified letters to their attorney in NYC, and also to their CEO Alan Summerlin at his home address.Every month they form a new company.

i think its jempak services.  i called it back and a indian woman answered and said that.

idk who these ppl are but they are calling me at 9:00 at night.  Isn't that illegal?  I thought telemarketers, etc, weren't allowed to call after 8:00pm or 8:30pm.

These vampires seem to be a collection agency.
