Annoying calls should all be reported.There's rule... including for marketeers...

They do not leave a message and I am skeptical about calling back without knowing who this is.

This number has dialed me several times but there is no answer when I pick up the phone or it disconnects after one or two rings.

This is Wells Fargo bank and the call is coming from Des Moines, IA. I called that number but I didn't want to provide any of the info the voice response system is asking.

They leave a msg on mine saying, "call me back" then click... call who back and I don't know anyone in area code 515 or 514.  With all the crazy stuff going on they will probaly charge me for calling them back, so no.

I've been getting calls from this number at the same time every day for about a week. They never leave a message.
