Keep getting calls from these ****s.and I am on the no call list...How can it be stopped

I receivd the call from 515-369-5617 wanting to lower my credit card rate (that I do not have) went along with them and played there ga*****e person on the other end said that I would receive a gift plus lowering my rate. They said that I should give them the telephone number on back of my credit card to see if I qualify. I gave them a false number that they said they called. They said I was qualified. I need to sent them x amunt of money at this time I ***g up.

This number is in a call center in Des Moines, IA.I call a couple and they won't own up to it being there block of numbers. Very rude people.Admit to total disreguard for the do-not-call listing.

Keep getting calls even tho I'm on a do not call list!  3 times today alone!!!

They are a bunch of a**holes.

They just call me.  Only the first time.Left no messages.Who are they?

1 515 369 5617 called today and i played a few tricks ive learnt over the years about these companies and found out the following They are representing 21st Century mortgage and refinancing which i believe is http://www.my21st.net/im now ***ting down the Real name of the company that is responsible for the breach of both ethics and law by disregarding the DNC register and will post my findings here when i get them :)

got a call a couple times said press 9 to speak with a person about lowering my credit card rate to 6%. I have no credit card debt its someone trying to scam people out of there info.

said they were a mortage co for gov't.2nd call today

I received three calls from this number on a direct line to my desk. This number is unpublished and only a handful of people have it. I picked up the phone and it was silent every time. After I ***g up I received a call back within 1 minute each time

I received multiple calls within the past few days. The first claimed to be a company to refinance my mortgage that I do not have. The second claimed to be some government stimulus package claim to refinance debt--from the same number.

not stop calling

This is the 3rd call today 7-15-09 just a recorded message. Will not stop calling. Who are you! Stop it.

They called me at 12:25 today.  I pressed 2 to be removed from list.  At 1:47 they called.  I was on the other line and ignored the call.  Called a***n at 1:49, 1:50, 1:51, and 1:53.  I finally called the number back and selected option #1 and it let me leave a message.  I indicated to remove my number or ELSE.  I use my phone for business only and make out going calls all day.

I got a call from this number it was a recording saying if I have been a victim of lending fraud they could help....On my cell phone.

This number calls and when I answer they **** up.  At least 3 times this week already.

Got a call from 515-369-5617 about lowering Credit Card interest.Haven't had a card in over 3 years.Am on do not call list LOL What a joke that list is.

Seems like these *******s feel like they can get away with all of these ****.  Clearly DO NOT CALL LIST does not worry them.  I just got a call from them, and when it transfered to supposedly a live agent, they just ***g up.  Apparently, our FCC is absolutely worthless in controlling these people.  Another one that is doing the same thing is the caller from "New Market, MD" with phone number 301-882-9986.  I have filed a complaint with FCC.GOV, but nothing is happening.

Received a call from this number on caller ID from CAP on 7-6-09 @ 5:52PM an did not reyurn call.

I didn't answer, since I didn't recognize the name or number.

sent email to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]... telemarketers working in your area, des moines iowa negative ad campaign.You have a telemarketer working in your area,They use NEXGEN INTEGRATED COMMUNICATION, L.L.C.  for there phone service.Find the PDF attached that has there certificate no. and what little info i could find  for phone service.I would contact them but they have no contact number.The telemarketers use one number I know of 515-369-5617 shows "CAP" on caller ID.They call all hours of the day, even on weekends, especially Sunday.I am on the do not call list.You should do so****ing about this telemarketer, their is no way to contact them,when they call as soon as you say you do not have a credit card or that you want your number removedthey **** up.I would hate to have to take out a negative add about your city des moines iowa, and the phone service, every where I can.This is my last place to try, before I s**** a negative ad campaign.Please shut them down.
