Why is Kent, WA may**** candidate Jim Berrios using an out-of-state (Des Moines, IA) automatic dialing service (CAP) for his political calls?

This was a political robocall for the upcoming Washington (state) election, with anti-Joe Mallahan propaganda.

This number keeps calling us and ****ing up before we can answer. If I dial it back it says that the # is not in service.

Robocall received regarding the upcoming Seattle may**** primary.

Just received a call from this number on my cell (long a do not call) number.  Didn't pick up - must have been a political ad because they're exempt from the list.  A&&holes!
