Got a call from this number.  The caller was a man with an Indian accent.  He s****ed blabbing on and on about international investment opportunities.  I am sure I sounded quite annoyed, because I was, and I told him as politely as possible that I was not interested.He then said, "Ok so****ing you need to know is that this is not a telemarketing call."I a***n repeated that I was not interested, and asked to be removed from their calling list.The man said "That is not possible" and ***g up on me.I called the number back -- and the automated voice said to press 2 to be removed from their calling list.  We'll see if it works.If there is a way to file a complaint about this idiot, I would.Caller ID: 515-369-5806Caller: Unknown

a girl calls me and tells me I will receive a mandatory fed health card in 3-4 days and talks like I owe her so****ing. this is harassment. they dont id themselves wither and slam the phone the minute you ask them questions

I got this call as well, and while I was on this call googled to find this site. Its clearly an South Asian voice (I know since I am one). I was upfront about not giving out any CC information, and cut them short. The call clarity was horrible, and there is no way that lady was representing the Federal Govt. She even mentioned Obama a few times, I hope their PR guys stop this, cause its definitely showing him in bad light.This is definitely a scam.

I got a call from this number today a person by name ADRIAN COPPER and his Fed emp id is 520321. he was saying as a foreign worker it is mandatory that we need to have a federal govt medical card and cancel your current medical insurance. I get the first year for free and the following year I need to pay $300 for renewal. I told him to call me back a***n which he refused it to do so as the entire call was being recorded and there is nothing to worry about. Is this a fraud call?

Ronnie Williams ( must be fake name) called me from this number ; He was saying he is calling from FEDERAL GOVT and his ID number is 8600057.Why would Federal Govt call me and give free health card when I am not even citizen or permanent resident. This is SCAM.

I got this call today, Same as above the caller told me that he is calling from fedral health department and its mendatory to buy thier card. I have to provide all the details of my credit card etc. I asked him if i can get some details about the card on some site.. he said "www.fedralheath.com"(I checked there is no such site). I even asked him to give some more details about you he said you know no one can fake fedral governments name. He said his name was : Ronny williams, id: 8600057. is this a scam??

someone called from this number, asian/indian male voice, announcing i have been selected in Walmart customer appreciation day. blah blah blah... to continue they asked for address details to mail out the package.

I received call from (515)369-5806. This is second call. caller forced me to buy a federal health card - also mentions that she represents federal government. It is mandate from president that I buy this card.

I received a call saying that I have to get a federal health card which will charge me per year and I have to accept this which they will record. When I declined I was given unbelievable reasons in the name of federal government. This is too much.

From the same telephone no, I got call everyday saying that they would cancel my medical insurance if I do not give them "verification" details and that they would charge me $ 300. This is surely a call center from India. These call centers are faceless devils that have brought enough misery on Americans.Next time anyone calls from that number, please tell him that this line is connected to police. They will work with Interpol and smash those idiots !!

I have had several calls from this number and they **** up. Itried to return the call because I am in real estate. The message on the return call stated if you are interested in our services please press "1" and leave your name and number and we will return your call, Of course the services were not noted or named. I have had numerous calls from this silent caller with recoreded messages. When calling back, the the Option "2" was to be removed from their call list....did not work. I have already had two or three more calls on 09/30.

First got a call from 416-555-7777, they ***g up and then got a call from 515-369-5806.  I think they are using bogus # 416-555-7777 to see if any one answers then they call from 515-369-5806.  I am so fed up with these telemarket calls, they are about as bad as junk mail.

I got this one twice this week, and another one from (212) 777-3456.  I don't answer any number I don't recognize, but these people are a PITA (pain in the a** for those not acronymically inclined).

I am also getting call from same number (515-369-5806 ), they says that i have approved $5000 usd from federal govt, usa and need all my info regarding to pay, i donno what is this, how it works

I have also received several calls from this number on my cell phone.  The strangest thing is that when I answer and say "hello" w***ver is on the other end ****s up.  It's very annoying and beginning to border on harrassment since it happens when I'm at work.
