I recieved this call. Hoax!

checked Notre Dame Federal Credit Union's website,  https://www.ndfcu.org/  they've posted information stating that it is another scam.  It is not anyone from the credit union making the call

Got a call saying they were American National Security wanting me to callthat number and activate my card.

Same thing, on my personal cell, how annoying.

Same thing here- call came from "Quincy credit union" which would be local for us... But we have no cards thru them... So i knew immediately that it was some type of scam, and googled the call back # immediately.  I hope that everyone does the same.  Unfortunately, I know that there will be some that wont think of that, and will just get nervous and call number and possibly give away their personal cc#'s.  I've checked a few sites now, and this is a national phishing scam.... PLEASE DONT CALL- or give any further info to these jack***es.

Call came in when I was sleeping in the morning. Texas Dow Employee's Credit Union... On a Sunday---bank is closed and they said my card was deactivated.After a small panic attack.... I called and reactivated my card.  Then the city police sent out a scam warning.  Called my bank and had the card actually deactivated until morning. PLEASE PASS THIS INFORMATION ALONG TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW.

Just got the same call, but I do not have an account with Notre Dame federal credit union.  Seemed like a scam, so I immediately checked this site.  If anyone finds out what this was all about, please post.  Thanks...!

Just got the same call for NDFCU where I do have an account. Caller ID just came up as 869 but message said to call 515-414-2182. I am calling NDFCU tomorrow to let them know about this scam.

Brilliant.  Just got the same call for NDFCU (where I do have accounts).  Definitely NOT a valid number for ATM, credit or debit cards.  Sure hope no one else calls it.

Just got the same call on  my cell phone which is not a public number. The ID said it was "unknown". Thought I would check it out.

Said that it was Notre Dame Federal Credit Union and that my card has been suspended... it said that I needed to call the security department at 515-414-2182.I do not have or have ever used NDFCU

Same as above. Stated my card at Freedom Federal Credit Union had been deactivated. Never had any business with them.

I received a call from this number stating my credit union card had been deactivated.Told me to call 515-414-2182

I answered, the call was from "1850" on caller id.  Message stated as above.

As above, I got the same recorded message, caller ID was 1861, told me to call 515-414-2182. Yeah right.
