Calls frequently. No one there wjen I answer the phone.

Calling work cell, asked to press 1 or 2 w/o any explaination. This is the fourth or fifth time they called, and this time I answered...... No more.

Daily calls; no message, no nothing!!

Who is this and why are they calling?  I answered the phone, and I was put on hold . . .

This company is the CBE Group they usually deal with medical but can deal with other things to. For all those wondering this is a bill collector that is calling you. If you answer they will say its regarding a business matter. Its about a bill or so****ing i used to  be a bill collector and can tell you that when they say that its a business matter then its about a bill. I will find the company name and post it

These s*** ***** are some type of collection company...If your name is similar or if you have the initial of someone they are looking for they will call your number, they are just on a fishing exposition and do not care who they bother, to try to get some information.  WHAT CREEPS THEY ARE!

They call at home and on the cell. Cell is particularly bothersome because i only use it as absolutely necessary.

They (and several other of these types of "seach engine" companies) call daily looking for someone who does not live here and never did.  They will not tell who they are.  Of course, *69 and a little effort can find out.  I have written the State Attorneys General office to complain and am awaiting a response.  Please do the same and maybe they will take action a***nst these vultures who want us to be "search engines" for them.  I've s****ed telling them all that future unsolicited calls will incur a $500 service fee for each instance, and I intend to go to small claims court to collect.  At the very least, suing them in small claims court will be extremely annoying and somewhat costly to them even if I lose.  These people are rude and obnoxious and need to be stopped.

Call multiple times, no message.

I get this call everyday.  No one ever answers. Can we sue for harrassment?

I called the 800 number and told them to take me off their list, they are calling the wrong number, so we shall see if they call back.  They are so annoying.  She said they will remove me, but we will see.

I get a bunch of calls from this same number, except that when we pick up it's a robot asking us to "press 1 to speak with a representative", only you can't get through.  It's infuriating.

They are CBE Group a collection agency in Waterloo, Iowa. The IRS was considering using them to collect unpaid taxes for a fee. Another one of Bush's privatization scams that got nowhere. Do not respond to them and they will eventually give up.

A bill collector using a recorded message to call an 800 number. When I see the number on caller ID I ignore it but sometime they call early in the morning and wake me up. They are located in Waterloo, Iowa and are very annoying. At one time, when they used a live person, I would answer in either German or Spanish and pretend to not understand. Eventually they gave up.

These are bill collectors. After about two weeks of these people calling 3-4 times a day. I would never answer cause I DO NOT answer numbers I do not recognize...I don't know a Wendy anyway. I came unglued when they asked for the husband's ex wife one day after I decided to answer the ph because I was sick of the calls. They wasn't specific what they wanted her for, said they couldn't release that with out her permission?? I gladly gave then here number and address : ) and the ph calls stopped, but how did they****ociate her with our number... this has NEVER been her ph. number? Oh well, problem solved when the got her number, ph calls stopped anyway.

I wrote a program that answers the phone based on criteria entered into it's phone book. With each entry in the phonebook you specify the phone number and whether you want to answer, answer but not accept the call, or not answer at all, and the number of rings before answer. Also you may record up to 99 different greeting meesages for each listing in your book. These can be set to play sequencially or random. Oh yeah... the best part is the caller is required to press a number before they can leave a message. This eliminates pre-recorded calls. Each answered call is logged along with outgoing message that the caller hears and their reponse.

I keep getting messages from this number as well.  Never called back, but it is certainly annoying to have to clear the messages daily.

Wendy keeps calling my cellphone leaving a message to call back.  I have only given my cell number to family and I don't know any Wendy.  I don't return such calls because it would use precious minutes on my prepaid airtime card.  This is very irritating.

it is almost daily that this phone number calls and a recording is left on our ma****e.  we have called them back several times and requested not to be called a***n.  we ask what do they sell and they never respond and they lie and say that they are not calling our number.  we have demanded not to be called and we still recieve them.  who the***** are they?  i will report them to the BBB if needed.

Five or more calls a day on my caller ID when I get home from work.
