The caller, who identified himself as David Watson and gave a "confirmation number" identifying himself as No. 3305, called from 716-409-4763. He said I was a PCH winner. He said I needed to call PCH's John Malone at 516-200-8564, ext. 5, to learn the details about my win, which he said would be a cashier's check and a new vehicle.
