This guy is dangerous! Tried saying I'm not the gal in the pic to scam a deal from me. Very hostile and scary. Verbally abusive

RT in Chicopee, MA Left me a voicemail, stating he's from the Criminal division of the IRS, and stated that I'm under investigation and need to call him back. His accent was so thick it was difficult to understand him. I can't believe the phone carrier would let this person even have a land line (assuming he's not making random phone calls off the street). I'm more interested in how he got access to my cell number; so much for the "no call list."

Called to offer car ins, took some info. Once they asked for info I didn't want to provide they ***g up.

Lady V Got the same call today. They said i was approved for a government grant of $30,000 and to check my debit card in the morning. I gave them the pre-paid card info and mine because I don't use that card and it has a $0 balance. Figured if I get the money great, If I don't, no harm done. But they asked a series of questions about why i thought i got the grant, and then told me a list of reasons why. Never asked for money, and gave me a call back number. It all really does seem like a scam to me, And it seems like no one has gotten the money. I would think as a government agency they would already know why the grant was approved. I'm gonna****ume it's so****ing i filled out for school or a scam. But not counting on it at all.

Does anyone now who this number belongs to? Spam? Collectors?

Called and left message.  Tried calling back but no reply.
