Shannon I told the callers a couple of times I don't need a security system and don't call back but that didn't help. Then after a search, I found a way to stop them; call 866-246-7196 and give the caller's and receiving phone numbers. Allow 1-2 business days processing time and the calls did stop for me.

AM The name on the caller ID was Michel Jeffrey with an exc****e NOT from Austin TX. The name belongs to a cardiologist in Austin, TX, however. No message was left for me when I did NOT pick up call as I did not recognize the number and don't know anyone in TX.
