smithie Attorney General Eric Schneiderman held a town hall meeting with AARP recently and encouraged seniors to report spammers to his hotline 1-800-777-7755. I just called about this Medical Alert Scam and they said they would send me a complaint form to fill out. Don't know if it will help but these calls (today at 10:30 am) are very annoying. Caller ID said Vincent Hauk and number was 516-220-3819

Calls everyday for weeks, no message ever left.

Mel Didn't answer but it's probably telemarketer they didn't leave message

calls 2 -3 times a day doesn't leave a message.we are on a no call list and have anonymous rejection service and call still comes through.
