iPhone User Spam - fraud

Left message saying they were Publishers Clearing House and they had a prize for me. They had my full name and address. Broken English. I called and reported to the actual Publishers Clearing House who said that phone calls were not how they made notifications. The company filed a draud report on this phone number.

Scams by asking to buy premiums

Tod Miller of Eloan text me with and had me call him at the above number. He request all verifying information for me savings account; claiming if you're going to get our money, we need to make sure your account is valid. He later electronically deposited $1000.00 of a $5000.00 loan into my account. I was suppose to withdraw the money out of my account and send back to him so he could verify I got the money. Checking online was not good enough for him. I told him that I do not have an ATM card; he did not like that and ended the call.
