Anonymous I got a text saying, "Hi", from the number.

Todd sloan Pretending to be publishing clearing house and trying to get you to pay money because of Federal Reserve process payment fees saying you win millions of dollars a car and then thousands a month multiple prizes and that you don't get charged by Publisher Clearing House a processing fee but that the Federal Reserve does charge you a processing fee and they will give you all the information that you need for a winners website and your account number and pin number for the Federal Reserve and you'll have to call and verify that the money is there but you got to make sure that you have the money to pay the taxes and fees for the Federal Reserve before they'll even give you any of the information the contact the bank or Federal Reserve Etc
