Scammer tried to rob my grandmother for 500 plus dollars on vanilla one gift cards claiming to be with public housing giving away 100,000 dollars for a picture of the gift card

"Congratulations you have selected as a winner by paying your utility bills on time your call is important to us so please press the number 5 or call us at 516-341-1671 thank you." Still happening Feb 19, 2022.

This number belongs to someone who initiated a phishing scam and hijacked my Instagram account. He c****ed my Instagram name, the email I had on file as well as the telephone number. This is the number that he c****ed it to.
