Hi, Yes this is absolutely a scam. There is no such thing as a debters prison in The US. Did he tell you your whole SS#? Probably not. Somehow they aquired the last four digits of your SS# and Bank Account numbers. They do not have the whole number and do not give it to them. That is what they want. They tried it with me and I am trying to find out who it is to press charges. have a Happy new Year!

This place has my social security number and banking info and is claiming that they have a lawsuit pending a***nst me. I asked for a copy of a bill to be mailed to me and they said they needed my attorney s number. Is this a scam?

Just got a message. Couldnt understand his first name last name smith. I have been getting calls from different numbers for several months now. If he calls back a***n I will have my attorney call him back.

john smith says i own his client money but when I tried to ask who his client was he said "would you shut up you ****** b***h"

Scam. I have had at least 75 calls from alot of different numbers stating i had allegations and i would go to jail but im still out
