Got a text with a fake photo pretending to know me.

This number threatened myself and my family for no reason. sent threatening msgs and photos. They did not disclose who they were. I am reporting them to the police . number is 516-490-8413

Hi, Yes this is absolutely a scam. There is no such thing as a debters prison in The US. Did he tell you your whole SS#? Probably not. Somehow they aquired the last four digits of your SS# and Bank Account numbers. They do not have the whole number and do not give it to them. That is what they want. They tried it with me and I am trying to find out who it is to press charges. have a Happy new Year!

ma I get a phone call from this number saying I am going to jail the first number was from the ****** Islands 284-600-0027 then the next one was from 666-000-0039 the the last cal was from this number the man says he is an attorney and that the police will come and get me and they have my SS number and they say that I have a checking acct and that I have stole money they are scammers please stop this.

they just contacted me today and siaid i owe 300.00 and said they deposited this into my account december 2009 i contacted my bank they have no information plus i do not remember and they have my e-mail address but i got the email address this year i did not have it last year i am not going to paid they got real game.
