It's a phone scam, this is not the social security office, do not give them any info. They can't seem to look up your phone number and verify who they think they are leaving a message with. The FTC won't let you file a complaint unless you give them al YOUR personal info that they get to share with law enforcement. So they have no interest in taking reports on SS scams they are more interested in getting your info to share with the police. Freaking insane FTC number is 877 382 4357
