Caller called our office and identified himself as Jose, calling on behalf of Paul Scott. We frequently get calls from****istants to this Paul Scott person, who always follow the same script, are pushy about asking for our accounting director or CFO, and refuse to share a single bit of information about why they are calling. They just say, "Paul just asked me to call ____ and transfer the call when he is on the line." When I explain that I can't transfer them without an idea of what the call is about, they say they will call back later.
