I have been receiving text from this number from a Mike Hugo which i believe is ***e trying to scam others and steal personal information which i haven't given to him. Met on a dating site called surge.com

The person(s) either call or send text messages, still photos of beheaded people and threatening video to their victims into scaring them to send money via an app on your phone. These people tend to target their victims by screening social media platforms with victim's pedigree information open to the public.
