To top it off, they found that the liner was faulty and had to come back to fix it.  Any qualified tech would realize that the liner they were installing was faulty during the actual installation. Its not rocket science.  It sounds like they ***g the liner by not connecting it to the burner or installed the wrong size. So what you said is technically not possible. Marc Anthoney (DBA that week as Connecticut Builders) called me with a $90 deal to clean my chimney.  and I accepted.   When he arrived he  tried to sell me a ****ey liner for $2,500:.   I may be ****** but I am not that ******.  He did clean the ****ey but he also cleaned out my garage of most of my expensive tools. He left the cheap ones.  Where can I find him?

I am on the do-not-call list and am annoyed. They say they are a chimney service but the number is not from my state!

i worked for marc anthony for two months he is a crook trust me why is it that one liner could sell for 1500 and another f0r 3500 and it be the same measurements and we complete the job  in less then and hour ct get smarter and get a second estimate really you make it easier for people like this to take advantage of you

This is not a low life company and everyone that works there are not on drugs.  They call to offer you maitenance and cleaning on your chimney.  Too many house fires and carbon monoxide *****s happen each year due to lack of chimney maintenance.   Pro Safe Chimney is one of the better companies out there. Everyone makes mistakes and if you found that they made a mistake then they will fix it.  I had them do major repair on my chimney not too log ago.  Needed brickwork and relining.  After they left, I was smelling so****ing that wasn't pleasant. I called them up and they came back and fixed the problem by pulling out the liner they installed because it was a faulty one that they didn't see at first. They put a new liner in and it was fine.  I have had no problems with it since and to top it off Marc Anthony gave me the liner for half price reembursing me over 700 dollars.  So Stop talking out of your **** holes.  I find them a very reputable company and think all that I'm reading is just Garbage and lies.
