This number is a scammer from overseas, I am so tired of this ****. This person does not exist, and is using a stolen iden***y.

Only someone who is working for that scam co would say that. To top it off, they found that the liner was faulty and had to come back to fix it.  Any qualified tech would realize that the liner they were installing was faulty during the actual installation. Its not rocket science.  It sounds like they ***g the liner by not connecting it to the burner or installed the wrong size. So what you said is technically not possible.
