These people are a complete sham.  They keep calling and harrassing my ill healthed 73 year old ***her on a debt he doesn't owe.  They refuse to adhere to the FDCPA (a federal law) and send us do***entation of the original debt!My Dad gave in and offered $500.00 to make them go away.  They agreed.  Took his money, then called back and s****ed verbally abusing him and threatening him that they wanted $750.00.  He said no.  They s****ed up a***n.  Still refusing do***entation.  Now they are demanding his bank account. One rep tried to tell him that they had not charged his credit card cause they don't take Discover.  The next rep tried to tell us they do take Discover, but that his card "didn't have any money on it"...that is insulting and a lie!!  Then the last rep says they take Discover, but not my Dad's???  Cause there was a block on his card a***nst paying collections?Discover has no clue what they are talking about.  They still are demanding the bank account informtaion that we refuse.

people keep calling about owing money to companies  they are rude they threaten me i know for a fact this companies buy names from outher companies. gov. cuomo in trying to pass a bill on these scam artists i have had it.

This number calls me several times a week, and when I answer no one answers.They leave no voice mail. I have no idea what they want, but would appreciate them stop using my minutes as well. Where do you report this kind of thing, so they can stop.  At least on your home phone you can block callers.

get calls from this number everyday no longer answer them because when you do answer there is no one therehow does one stop this harrassment

I just moved to a new city, only had this number for 5 months and I keep getting empty phone calls from this number.  when I do answer there is only dead air.

These people call my house everyday! When I get home from work, they are all over my caller ID.  They call at 6am on a Sa****ay.  8am on a Sunday.  I signed up for the DO NOT CALL list but they keep calling.  Finally I was a wake and answered it and no one was there! I called back from my cell phone and some guy answered saying "Full Circle Finanical Service."  I have no debt so I don't have any clue why he is calling.

Full Circle Financial... Calling for someone I do not know. They said they are marking my number as being incorrect, but would not apologize or even acknowledge my being upset at the fact they called at 6:05am PDT.

I have no business with this caller yet am being harrassed. I am on national do not call list. Calls in early morning and evening. W***ver is calling should be castrated!

They call at least three times a day, never leaving a message on our answering ma****e and ****ing up when we answer. I called them back, and I was put on hold by a recording for 5 seconds and then the same recording told me to leave a message with my name and phone number (*** chance!)

This number has called me many many times and they always **** up ... really very annoying and a waste of my minutes. Someone needs to ban them from calling people.

This number has called and called and this morning it was at 6:35am on Sa****ay.  I get calls all the time for things that my ex has.  I will not answer the phone if I don't know who it is.

when this number called me, they said that they were calling from a company called Full Circle Financial Services. They were trying to collect an old debt from Columbia House, a debt that I don't owe.

This number calls me on my home phone and at times there is no sound and then a **** up. Today i just redialed the number and it is a collection agency after $45 from a Washington mutual closed bank account. It is an auto dialer as it calls sometimes 4 times a day/night. This is the first time i have been here to answer the phone and there was ***ody there. I called it back and some guy answered, and the company Navigata is a collection firm with many different accounts. He s****ed to take up an at***ude like a cop about how I am in trouble for this and by then i already ***g up.
