Annie, contact the authorities from their city and yours. Normally scam artists do not threaten violence as it is one of the few reasons they will be tracked down and arrested. If they threatened you with ***** you can have their a**es locked up.

They just called me twice from 2 different numbers.  A man with a strong accent left a voice message stating that he is going to get his friend from Astoria to **** me if he I don't pay him the money.  It's 1:30 in the morning.

1-888-799-8009 and 1-516-765-2339 Traced to Tate and Kirlin a debt collection agency. I went to a pay phone to call and they were asking for you to pay for Michael Jackson's funeral. They first say it is a collection agency. It is a scam to try to get you to give them money. They use these two different phone numbers. I don't owe anybody anything. And don't give out any kind of information to them either.

They are muslim cant understand a word they say , When asked several times for someone who speaks English they cant find anyone . They are a collection agency !

Calls everyday.  Two or three times.  I won't answer any unknown callers.Why isn't there someone who can stop this harassment?Should be someone.  This is America.

Called asking if I wanted to donate for the cost of Michael Jacksons Funeral.  I thought it was a prank because of a phony sounding accent. I played along for awhile but then **** up

This number has called here everyday, some times twice a day, and they never leave a message (and I don't answer it).  However, after reading these comments, I may answer next time and tell them to ****** off.

They also call under the number 215-464-4500.  They told me that I had an outstanding debt that they were trying to collect.  I requested that they send or fax me a letter stating who they were, what they were trying to collect, etc.  They refused and wanted me to give them my bank account info to do an eft.  I ***g up on them and am waiting to see if they call back.

This number has been calling me EVERYDAY for months now. They never leave a message. I finally googled it. A collection agency, what a surprise. This is exactly why I dont answer nhumbers I don't know. I am storing their number in my phone and putting the ringtone on MUTE!

have gotten several calls from these guys on my wifes cell phone.  I answered the last one.  The guy asked for my wife name,  asked who it was and he gave me a name (didnt write it down so dont have it) and asked for my wife a***n,  I asked who he was with and he said TKA.  He asked if I was my sife and I siad no,  this is her husband,  He aid "oh realy" and then ***g up.  Tried calling the number back and it is never available

They call everyday, no message.  I hit redial and couldn't get any information about the company or what they are asking for.  They mentioned, via a strong accent, they were looking for ****X,which I know of, but my phone is not the phone they use, so I asked them not to call a***n.  Let's see.

516-765-2339 Called me this evening. I don't typically give out my cell # nor my house #. I have this philosophy, "If you want to speak to me, speak nicely and first of all, leave a detailed message." No message, only have the caller ID because the call came on the cell phone and most often the numbers come through. I am annoyed by the call as I have so many other calls that I would ratehr get back to than to wonder if I am forgetting anyone/anything.

Yeah I probably have a debt they are trying to collect.  But like many of us out there people are loosing their jobs and it's not their fault and then they can't pay their bills and then the calls s****.  You ****s out there who are passing judgement on the rest of us make me sick.  I hope you have a similar situation happen to you so you know what we are going through.  We can barely keep the roof over our heads and food on the table right now and we are doing everything humanly possible.  There is no reason for the judgement of other people.  Why don't you s**** complaining about all the immigrants over here that take their money back to Mexico, that can't be helping the economy oh and what about the people who take advantage of our welfare situation.  We make $200 more than the requirement for free and reduced lunches for our kids.  Yet we are still struggling.  Every penny counts, I even quit smoking to afford to feed our kids so don't judge people because they can't pay their bills.  It is one thing for these people to call us but is a total other thing to call and **** up or call and threaten us.  You can't get blood from a stone, you know.

you all should just pay your bills and then you wouldnt have to worry about anyone callin you because it sounds like you all have way to much time on your hands which leads me to belive you either have no lifes or no frineds

Company keeps calling me saying the are collecting for the "delinquent" part of my Wells Fargo second mortgage. Funny~ I haven't heard anything from Wells Fargo about this. Seems I'd hear from them first. These Tate and Kirlan people are idiots- no wonder they have legal issues. By the way, would it be too much to ask for a person on the line when I answer these calls?

Like many others out there, I know we are late on payments.  However, unlike many of those post that I read on line that complain when they get calls from a collection agency, I choose to make arrangements and pay off the loan to the best of my ability.  This keeps them from calling 10-times a day.  When you other winers complain about the collapse of the US economy, don't blame the issue on those in Washington.  You need only look as far as your bathroom mirror.  And for all those dimb****s that lose your home, I will continue to pay the s***bag Indians the minumal amount that I set and use my liquid money that I held back from them to buy your homes for pennies on the dollar!  Use your heads!  You set the price your willing to pay them and set the schedule of when you will pay them and do it without paying interest.

Calls every day at 9:30 AM.  They leave no message.  Check the number shows it belongs to TKA, a collection agency.  We have no outstanding debt.

I do not answer any calls if I do not recognize the number, or if no name appears.

Well they are calling my wife now, after being told numerious times they have the wrong number. Oh forgot, what do I do? I'm a hacker/phreaker and have extensive knowledge on the telephone system. Today 5167652339 shows on caller id as Navigata. Yes****ay the call was from Tate & Kirlin 2676725071 & 2674070100. Each time you hear nothing and then they **** up or they ask for someone(same name each time) who's not here. When you tell them that, they get rude and act like your lying to them. When you ask to talk to the supervisor you get put on hold, then the same cannot speak english clown comes on the line saying he is the supervisor. If you ask for their name they will just **** up on you.

Because they called a number they believe belongs to another person, so in other words they called a wrong number..thats amazing when did calling a worng number become illegal...sounds like your their aggressor here...I get wrong numbers all the time, but it doesn't make me want to go spewing lies about about the person or company that called me....What proof do you have that have very long record of judgements a***nst them?..I would love to see that...frankly it sounds like you have a beef with your creditors...Are they foreclosing on your house?

I get harrassing, rude calls all the time for the deadbeat who had the number over 3 years ago. Today, I used *69 to get THEIR number: 516-765-2339. If you call that, you get them right at their desk, so CALL 'EM!! Reapeatedly! I called them 7 times and yelled at each hyena who picked up. Call them and demand to speak to their supervisor - they can't refuse to. Tate & Kirlin****ociates does indeed have a very long record of judgements a***nst them. I just finished filing complaints a***nst them with the FTC on their consumer protection website and their donotcall.gov site, and the BBB of Metro DC & Eastern PA got one, too. Next call, it'll be my state Attorney General. He shut up National City Mortgage in like, a day!
