I have been getting calls from all over the USA re: debt relief (my house is paid for & I pay my credit cards off every month), help in paying off college debt (I have no college debt) and IRS debt ( I don't owe the IRS anything, otherwise I would not have gotten a tax return last year). So I don't answer my phone unless I recognize the number. I am sick of all of these calls and I refuse to answer them, because I am afraid that that will give w***ver is calling just enough information to scam me.
