The message was posing as someone that I knew asking if we could get together. But I don’t know anybody from this area code and their name is not in my phonebook

This appears to be a scam saying that you have money coming from the government and asking for your personal and confidential information so that they can deliver your money to you via FedX. I realized it was a scam when a Facebook user supposedly obtained my cell number from the CEO of Facebook.

I keep getting a text from this number. I deleted it,,,it pops back up? I've done this several times and it always pops back up! I've blocked the number and it pops up in my messenger but does not show in the blocked box? I don't know what to do?
