My belief is if they don't leave a message, it is a scam and they are hoping that you will call the number back. I just block them period. The deal is if you are not in my contact list I never answer.

Anonymous Received an email from Timothy Hill stating an unauthorized PayPal purchase had been made...instructions were to call 518 205 2527 for the money to be refunded to PayPal account. This is NOT a number for PayPal customer service.
