D. Carus Call to my cell phone was a robotic call, no person spoke, I could not even answer the call when I picked up the phone. I sent a text message and it went through so I think it's a cell phone being used for Business purposes. I looked online and traced the number to Benchmark Properties, LLC, Delmar, NY. It hires a service to search court do***ents and contact the defendants who may be named in public court do***ents. Apparently these are court cases where a collection agency files a***nst the estate of a deceased person and if you are named as the administrator for the deceased person's estate, you get the call offering to buy property you may have inherited.
