Very annoying caller.

Same problem called then stopped called back sounds weird

Call me at 9:50 PM phone rang twice then ***g up . From New York . Very weird .

Okeedokee.. So, I got a call at 8:11 PM on 3/13/2015 and it rang 3 times then stopped, and they left no message. My phone says it's from New York. So, I called it back and there's some weird recording in French that sounds like a radio station advert. After listening to it for about a minute to see if it would then have English, it just kept playing the music, so I ***g up. May be a spammer but I have no idea - so bizarre!

Called at 9:15PM on 3/12/15 and no answer.
