Who me? I've gotten calls from this number, as well as similar ones, ending in 2060 and 2070. I'm gonna say yes to spammer because some of the calls only rang about once or twice, ****ing up before I could answer. This is common for people using auto-dialers to call lots of people for the purpose of telemarketing.. The ones I missed never leave a message. If you call the number back, there's a long recording in French, that I've never been patient enough to get to the end of because of the simple fact that I don't speak French.
