Used to run a scam on OfferUp. Posted a listing to sell a VR set and my son foolishly paid him a sum before receiving anything. After looking at the conversations that transpired between this person and my son, it was clear that this was a scam the whole time. Unfortunately, my son had not yet had any experience with spotting a scammer and was taken for $290.
