I don' t think this is legal , this is SCAM . Sometime I received phone call from this number with an Indian voice told me that I had the lawsuit a***nst me. May be they have your SS, address, email...( They stole your ID ). You should report this number to FBI and keep eye on credit report.

thhad my same happen to me but i call the number back and talked to him and he had my SS# how the***** can this happen

i have no idea who it is.. the area code is from ny and i live in cali.. i also could not understand a word that was being said.. i tried to call the number back but i get a busy tone

I received a message on my cell phone stating that I needed to call Sam Johnson back and stated the name of this company is American Consolidation Services.  He was definitely a foreigner and said if I care to resolve this case to call back at 518-478-6882 with my social security number.  Of course I am not going to call him back and I will file a complaint with FCC.

i got a phone call at my job saying that i have a lawsuit being filed a***nst my name from a cash advance but couldn't tell me which one and he knew my name and email address and he had a****ent that i couldn't understand half the words he was saying. if any one know any information on this number i need to know because i wont to know if this is true or not.
