This guy called me and said that he is from the National Investigation Bureau and his name is Officer Michael Black. He works in the fraud department and he is looking for my sister. He called off the last four digits of her social and told me to get in contact with her. He said that she was the prime suspect in an investigation that he is working on. He also stated that she used me as a reference on her application.
