Leave a Commentlooking for someone whow never lived here. Has called over many time ovre the last few days and 4 time today. They **** up on you. Leave poor full of static messages on answering ma****e. Will **** up on you if you ask for a supervisor. Tell you they took your number out of their system or have no number in their system, and then call you a***n anyway. The people on the end do not speak good english and have a heavy accent.
Live in Southern California and have s****ed receiving calls from this number . We haven't answered the phone as yet but the number shows on our caller I.D.. Three times this evening so far and it's only 9:00 P.M.. Is there anything we can do about this ?
They have been calling a couple of times a day for the past 2 weeks. It's a recorded message saying I need to return the call to a 800 number immediately. I always **** up and naturally don't call back.
I told them several times to send me a bill. If I owe money, I pay. He said that he could not do that, so I told him i could not pay. My husband then took over, he was worried about our credit and got the mailing address and we sent them a check. I have stopped payment on the check and c****ed my account. The bank is wat****g for so****ing to come through and they offered to help me if it does. I have not heard from them since i have stopped payment but I can****ure you they will call. They were calling about 10 to 15 times daily! If anyone gets a class action suit a***nst these guys, please let me know. I want in on it.I do have their address:Tak-Har1623 Military RoadSuite 537Niagara FallsNY. 14304Please feel free to email me at [email protected] if I can help nail these guys in anyway!
This company has been calling me and I finally was able to talk to someone. Besides the fact that they had a phone number that wasn't active at the time of the alleged debt was created, I was skeptical. The wanted $90 for 'Book Planet'. Google Book Planet and see how much info you find. I immediately asked him for proof of this debt and to send it to me and I would take care of it. Or, to give me Book Planet's info and I will contact them for the information. He argued with me regarding my credit. I stated that due to new FICO rules, debt under $100 won't harm your credit. He still refused to provide me with any proof that I owe this and attempted to put the blame back on me. I couldn't get specifics on the time of this debt either. It was a range of 4 years ago to 1 year ago. He also said they sent me a letter, in February or maybe a year ago or so. Very shady stuff. I'm going to attempt to get their address, send them a letter requesting the proof of debt and then I will be covered and it's on them. If somehow this is legitimate, I'm covering my****.
Have called me on my cell phone. I supposedly owe $80 for Cds. I told the guy that I buy CD at WalMart only since I own stock there and he got mouthy with me. I told him that I am an attorney and he ***g up on me. I have friends in the FBI and will investigate this number and the scam. I will be filing suit a***nst these people in short order. They pi**ed off the wrong person. If your credit report has anything from them on it, get a lawyer. Let's shut these folks down!
These people have called several times. I do not even pick up the phone when this # is on caller I.D. because the first time I did, I got a man from India looking for someone who I don't know. I googled the firm name and they are an offs**** communication company that buys lists in an attempt to update information for the listowners. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION OR A CREDIT CARD NUMBER. Tell them to send their information to the address they have on file--if they refuse,**** UP. Do not even waste your time, they are trained monkeys giving canned information.
They have been calling my house now for the last couple of days, I answered twice but no one or no recording, then it ****s up. I'm done answering it and I have no intention of calling them back.
These people have been calling our house for a few days now claiming my wife owes $79 and c****e for a subscription to "Black Magazine" purchased 1.5 years ago. After a few questions from me (security is my thing!), this guy (obviously an outsourced operation) s****s getting mouthy with me. The call we receive is an aggregate of all the symptoms mentioned above:terrible connection, demand immediate payment or take a hit on a credit report, etc. I call back the 518-482-1596 number and get put on hold, transfered to an attendant and then dropped. Hey Colwell, you picked the wrong guy!!!! You want a fight you got it , PUN****! I live for sh*t like this!!!!! I wish nothing but painful stomach cancer for everyone of the people who are in on this scam.
These folks s****ed calling twice daily looking for a Hope. No one here by that name as I politely told them but they keep calling anyway. Very annoying.
They call me and then when I pick up, they **** up. If you call back, you get some message that I cannot understand at all. They call everyday of the week, like 1-3 times a day.
someone "alex smith" from india, sounds like said I owe $87 from some black books company.. (no i don't) and that they had my old address. i offered my current address (been here 10 years) but Alex wouldn't take it. instead asked for an email and i gave him one of my aol addresses. scam...
This number has called at least twice in the last 2 days. Don't know who it is they would not give anything more than the name The Piccard Group to my wife but nothing else. They definitely sound like a bill collector, from what she said. The only thing I could figure is a CD company says I owe them money, but that has been disputed and taking care of, we just spent a year and a half cleaning up our credit to buy a house. So, I'll be ignoring this one as well, thanks to what I've read here.
these people are not who i would hire.there wasting there time calling the wrong # . i'm sending them a bill for consol. you should too.Headquarters- USColwell & Salmon24 Computer Drive WestAlbany, NY 12205Tel: 518-482-1596Fax: 518-482-1998email: [email protected] free number: 1-800-724-5318
I Called the number back and it was a collection agency telling me in a very ignorant and arrogent way that I owed money to a a company who sells music CD's. I never did anything like that because of the shady deals they tend to be. What gets me is the information they had on me except my social security #I am taking legeal action.
The left a message so garbled and unintelligible that it may have come from outer ****e. But seriously, probably a collection agency. I have not worked in over a year since the collapse of the home building industry and am not paying my bills and since Bush has no plans to bail me out, I have no intention of paying my bills. I'm way past being concerned about my credit rating, seriously, I don't give a rat's a**.I'll just add this number to the contact named "IGNORE" on my cell phone and****ign the silent ring tone to this contact. Problem solved. I am barely surviving in the Bush economy. I'm about 90 minutes away from ****ing my neighbor and eating his flesh, so a collection agency is not even on my radar screen.I have declared myself a free man, I have opted out of society and no longer feel any obligations toward it.Peace out.
I got a call for this number on Monday and like Christopher it was about 2 min of unintelligible mess.
my message ma****e said this phone number for the caller, and played a completely unintelligible message, severely distorted by static - it was clear to me that either this was a deteriorated dumbmessage that the sender had not listened to in a while, or that it was a fishing message, designed only to determine which phones would actually answer, so the caller could sell the list as "these are real phones and they take messages"i've received just one call
Colwell and Salmon Communications. They are trying to collect money from me on so****ing they claim I bought. I asked for proof of the purchase, and they could not provide it. They want me to pay first, then dispute it, then will reimburse me if I am correct. So I asked for $1000, telling the guy he owes me it, and I would reimburse him if later we found out I was wrong. Then he went into some rant about credit report blah blah blah. He claims to know all about my credit rating. Sorry, but for an alleged $79 bill, I doubt any company is going to pull a credit rating on me (I asked him for my credit rating when he claimed it would drop).
I can't tell if this is a marketing or survey place. They have been calling for DAYS and are so annoying. I hate surveys and telemarketers!
Call came in at 8:30 a.m. with no one on the other end. I didn't call back.
