Called saying they were from Hudson Legal services. Said I was being sued for a 2006 credit card balance. I told them this was not my account, nor did I owe any company. The man threatened legal action - being served for a court appearance. The more I tried to explain he had the wrong person, the more he volatile he became. I ***g up. NYS’s term of limitation on credit card debt is 6 years. And as I said - I do not own this debt.

Farrah I received a text stating: Security Message Alert Citi. Bank Please Call: 518-712-4831. I do not have a CitiBank account.

does it matter? Called me five times in a row at 12:30 am... same time zone as me (NY). Voicemails say "Hello, this is a firm your temporary one time security pin is 5617. Thank you to repeat this message press any key. Thank you for using a ***** goodbye" ...***

Juston Got the same text last night at 10:30pm. I am not even going to call them... A bank isn't going to text you at 10:30 at night to call them.. I don't even have any accounts with them.

Tracie Another website has a commenter that says it's Time Warner Cable.

They contacted me at me federal building they are scamers and even stated they will continue to call until I pay

court This guy has called my work, no lie, at least 30 times in the past week. He calls and is very rude to my employees that answer and calls them liars when they say I'm not there. He repeatedly calls over and over. Now he is calling one of my employees on the work phone bc she told him to not call back. We finally called our phone company to block his number. He will try to get your SSN or say you owe money. He claims his name is Allen Smith .. then Andrew Smith but his accent is obviously foreign and he can barely speak english. He never calls my cell or home phone though. So somehow he found my work info somewhere. It is a SCAM please do not give this man any info!! He is rude, annoying and so****ing needs to be done about it bc he has gotten waaay out of hand

These people called me a few weeks ago from other numbers and threatened me. I thought they were done when they thought I had an attorney. My family and friends called me today saying that they were calling people, threatening me with prison time and scarring them. I called Cash USA and was transfered to their fraud department where I had to fill out a complaint form. I was advised to ignore these people, but since they are scam artist, I think I may mess with them, and give them a taste of their own medicine.
