This guy with a heavy indian accent is calling me and harrasing me now he is calling me from a 2398889999 he was calling from a 7134815066 no it is a scam.

I am getting similiar messages from 052562926 the guy has a very heavy indian accent you can barely understand him uses the same lines that this is a time sensitive and legal matter he said his name was Jackie Winters and that my case was being filed in the courts when I asked him for proof he said he could not do that is there anything we can do about this because he had very personal info like where I work my address and my mothers name

SCAM!! Don't believe a word these people tell you! I received a call from a man with a heavy accent claiming his name was Jackie Winters. He said I owed money and that my case was going to get downloaded to the county courts. I said send me proof of debt and if I really owe then I will pay. He said he couldn't send me anything until I paid him. YA RIGHT! You have to provide proof of debt by law. Also I said what's your address, he yelled at me, THAT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS! HAHA what company acts like this? I filed a police report.

Received a call 2 days in a row - same person - Sam Williams.  Left message at my job that this is a time sensitive and legal matter and if I don't return the call have my attorney on standby.  The number given to call was 518-935-2826. I searched for the name of the company he claimed Ace Certification Agency and found nothing.

received call 11/11/09 at work indicating his name was William from Ace Notification and for me or my attorney to call due to a legal matter and not to ignore the call.  Person had an accent.

Man with a very heavy Indian accent claiming to be "***ndon Michaels" answered and said it would be an urgent business matter. I merely told them I didn't owe them anything and am now reporting the call to the police. DO NOT PAY THEM. YOU DO NOT OWE THEM.
