Why cannot Phone Service Providers of such numbers 518-935-2780 disconnect customer from any service after so many complaints. Seems to me phone service providers just don't care. Bottom line is MONEY in PSP pocket.

This guy with a heavy indian accent is calling me and harrasing me now he is calling me from a 2398889999 he was calling from a 7134815066 no it is a scam.

Got a call from this number.

I have received three calls from 518-935-***9. Each time I missed the call but they did not leave a message. When I called the number to find out who it is, I got a computer that answered with "thank you for calling Habilis, please stay on the line ... ". I ***g up since I do not know or have ever done business with a company of that name.

Tommy NCO Financial, a collection agency, uses a series of numbers across the country. They hide their name - which is illegal. They call all hours of the day 7 days a week -and give information to individuals other than the alleged debtor - a***n a violation of the fair credit act. Even when they are told they are calling the wrong person their robo- system keeps calling - 4-5 times a day.
