It is an automatic dialing system that states that you are out of minutes on your phone and to enter in your credit card to add minutes to your phone. " IT SOME HOW KNOWS WHAT CARRIER YOU ARE USING ! I spoke with local police authorities and this is a scam that has been going around for several years now. Please pass it on. If you are curious and YOU have a government phone the number is 519-318-2374 YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ! To add money to your phone either use a re-boost card from that provider or go to YOUR provider's website to add money. Call YOUR provider " DIRECTLY " from your phone!
