funny to see the add re ruthann fitzgerald ,i was through the same thing ,waited 3 weeks to get key moved into an unfinnished ***** ba*****t appartment ,its prob the same appartment ,i talk to owner and he says if i dont like i can move ,so i guess after being told it will be finished and totally clean and was not happy at all what i moved into ,i get that from the owner ,i was expected to pay full rent moving in on the 21st of month ,what a joke ,this woman has made things very difficult for me,i was left in a bad situation moving into a place that im sure is unfit and not finnished ,how does this lady keep doing this ,but it is up to the house owner to deal with it ,pple may get there money back or the key but it sure is a big inconvienience and created alot of grief for us and now am being told if i dont like it i can move ,anyone have any constructive answers as to what im en***led to do now ,i am still ripped off and getting nowere with owner he has his cash and i guess to him nothing else matters

***!! I am soo glad I found this site. Ruth Ann also took us for money too. We got half back from her but now she is not returning our phone calls, and she still owes us $1,100. for a house in Salford we were to rent July 1st. She told us the day before that the owners decided to rent to someone else. Good thing we weren't left stranded without a place to go to, but still she HAS to be stopped. She has just done the same thing to me. I gave her a deposit may 15 to move in July 1. She told me 2 days prior to the move that the house had been rented to someone else leaving my 2 children, mother husband and I heart broken. Luckily our house we were moving out of was not given away so we were not left homeless. I have lots more to this story including the fact that the property owners didn't even know about us or the large deposit. She is a scammer, "Property Consultant". She left us with no home 2 days before the move was supposed to take place May 1st. I have young children that she has upset and I'm not gonna sit back and let it go. She ripped my family off of a deposit of $965 for a semi on Salvia St. She will not return our calls and I have charged her with fraud and am going to have to take her to civil court.
