i got a harrassing call from a "Viper" alias??? he called unknown named unknown number and i need to know the number so i can report it to police...he said he was calling from london ontario

I received a call today from this number which referenced a specific candidates riding and proceeded to give a bogus voting location. The caller ***g up when I said that the information being provided was incorrect as I had just voted.  When you call back (it's long distance which is odd), a recording says "you have reached our campaign phone bank" but fails to reference which party.  Elections have reached a new low, or the opposition is desperate - or both.
